Terms of service.

By purchasing one of the ELM Interiors design packages, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms of services below.

  • When purchasing a complete room e-design, your budget is a minimum of $7,500 or more so we can ensure there’s enough budget for recommending the best product, in a combination of both high quality and low, for your space.

  • You understand that you will need to move quickly on purchasing the items from a final delivered design board to ensure that items remain in stock and available for purchase. If an item goes out of stock outside of our working window (10 business days post design delivery), a restocking fee of $75 for re-selection will be imposed.

  • You understand that once the initial design boards have been delivered, You can request up to 5 item revisions within 5 business days. After 5 business days, we will be happy to continue working on the changes but will charge a $75 fee per item to continue to source items, at a 3 hour minimum.

  • You understand all e-design projects expire after 30 days of project completion date. No additional design requests or modifications can be made after the project expiration date.

  • All correspondence takes place in our online design portal and via email as this is an online virtual service. We will not correspond via phone or video chat once the design process has started.

  • You understand that with this service, we have not seen all items we recommend in person before purchase. We use our knowledge, judgment, and discernment in item selection but cannot always verify the quality of every item. There are times when items will be delivered and not look like the item pictured online. We will work with you case by case if this occurs to reselect another item.

  • We like to share our projects online. If you do not want your project shared, please let us know upon purchasing your package.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.

You have the right to cancel the digital design services (i.e. E-design and/or Mood Board services). Deposits are non-refundable, the remaining balance will be waived if a cancellation is requested within a period of 5 business days beginning with the day after the deposit was received. We do not offer refunds once the e-design phase has been started on your project. Once you have requested a cancellation, you will no longer have the right to access the E-design, and/or Mood Board package. Please note that once you access or download any digital content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that digital content.

In-Home Services

Contracts and proposals must be signed off on by all parties prior to project start date. Designer fee & 50% project cost due up front prior to project start date.
